Senior Operations Team (5 members)
Managing Partners of the company challenged the Senior Operations Team to “own the firm.”
Conducted individual interviews and administered a personality assessment of all team members to assess individual and team strengths and needs and establish individual leadership development goals. Prepared a Contextual Assessment to summarize the initial results, develop specific objectives and customize the balance of the program. Facilitated a one-day team off-site meeting to consider the partners’ challenge, develop a solution and understand and improve team dynamics. Conducted one-on-one coaching sessions with each team member following the off-site meeting to review individual and team performance and identify a core leadership developmental goal for each team member.
In response to the challenge to own the firm, the team developed a series of new initiatives to clarify role definitions, develop new communications processes and protocols, achieve greater transparency and trust within the group, and establish explicit leadership development plans for team members.
