Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching

Leaders are the DNA of any organization. They set the pace for the rest of the organization – so to improve business performance, we first address the effectiveness of the leaders.

ALSO AVAILABLE:

Catalytics’ executive coaching approach recognizes the pivotal role of stakeholders— those individuals in the organization who are most impacted by the leader’s performance—and the importance of engaging stakeholders throughout the coaching program.

Our stakeholder centered coaching creates change in the leader’s behaviors while also facilitating positive shifts in stakeholders’ perceptions of the leader. As compared to traditional executive coaching, we involve a wider network of associates and engage them in regular informal check-ins with the leader throughout the coaching program. This produces change that is recognized, acknowledged and sustained by stakeholders.
