We have recognized a growing need to make the benefits of executive coaching available to a broader base of emerging and future leaders – such as high potential employee groups or participants in leadership development programs.
To address this need, we’ve adapted our one-on-one executive coaching model to provide coaching to groups of leaders. Our approach combines individual coaching and group-based activities and is based on the same stakeholder centered principles as our Executive Coaching for Sustainable Change.
While group coaching programs are customized to the needs of the client, programs are typically 6 to 12 months in duration for cohorts of 10 to 30 participants and include the following components:
